Your programme is unique! Your project manager will help you express your needs and discuss the different solutions that can be implemented in order to meet them. We follow a precise and proven methodology, so you know exactly how to progress:
Implementation: integration with the Loyalty Operator platform
Our IT team configures your programme on the platform:
- set up of automatic rules
- integration of your specific requests
Following a review of internal tests, your programme is handed over to you, while you are trained in the use of the platform. You will then be able to test it and give us your feedback. After its validation, the production launch is scheduled.
Operation: launch of your loyalty programme
Your programme is launched! When it comes to the management of your programme, you are autonomous, although here at Adelya, autonomous does not mean alone:
- technical support that can be reached for any questions about the platform
- regular reviews with your project manager to ensure the success of your programme
